Delivery Timeline

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner, but most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order placement.

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is included in the product price.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

You can also track your order anytime by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Going to My Account → Orders

Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Force majeure events

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, liability for delivery rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Serviceability

We currently ship across India.
Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination pin code. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier partner operations and regional restrictions.
